Family Support Services
The family service provides assistance and advice to help vunerably housed/homeless families to access private rented accommodation by providing a guaranteed bond. The service is client led and you will work with your support worker to develop support plans for you and your family. Support can be provided for up to one year and covers the five key areas of economic well-being, enjoy and achieve, be healthy, stay safe and positive contribution. Support plans are reviewed every three months to ensure that a family is getting the right level of support and working towards achieving independence. The service also includes:
